CEO Scott Mairs

Scott is a passionate business technology executive with over 25 years leading transformation across banking, insurance, mortgage, manufacturing, and consumer products. He has served in multiple C-level, Partner, Managing Director and other global leadership roles including Citibank, Bank of America, Sungard Trading and Risk, and multiple IT and strategic advisory consulting firms. Scott serves on multiple board of directors and advisory board for companies, universities, and non-profits including STORH’s Initial Securities Offering (ISO), North Texas Blockchain Alliance, Association for Business Technology Professionals, University of North Texas Center for Commercialization and Innovation, and University of Texas at Dallas’ Center for Finance Strategy and Innovation.

He served as global team leader for Citibank’s implementation of the European Monetary Unit (EMU) including General Ledger and core system replacements. Scott worked with multiple Federal Reserve Banks, US Department of Treasury, Western Union, and most of the top global financial services institutions on optimizing the systems controlling monetary policy, currency circulation, equity and debt exchanges, global payments, FedWire, ACH, SWIFT, treasury management, and global trade management.

Scott also served as a fellow and adjunct professor for Corporate Performance Management in the UTD Executive MBA Program. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of North Texas, Masters’ Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and a MBA, International Business from Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. He is an author and frequent speaker on blockchain, corporate performance management, transformational leadership, and emerging technologies.
